Welcome to the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Early Help Practitioner Portal for professionals in all organisations working with children, young people and families. You can use this portal to:

• Make a request for Involvement to the Early Help and Targeted Intervention Service
• Make an enquiry to the Early Help Access Point about a family you are working with or to request further information or advice.
• Complete an Early Help Pre-Assessment – this form is currently being piloted – if you are not signed up for the pilot, please email eha@bcpcouncil.gov.uk for more information before using the form. Pilot participants can use this form with families they are supporting to identify needs and determine next steps.
